Nothing to worry about?

Anxiety of mind is a powerful position.

Concern relates to our fundamental fear response - called our "fight or flight 'response. The fight or flight 'response originally developed to protect us from predators.

Mind that a part of thinking is not included in - the brain is initiated by a very primitive area. This is a group of neurons that all of our senses to danger signs monitors. When something catches your set its alarm bells ringing and stress hormones are released into your bloodstream.

It runs a series of physical and mental reactions.

* Our bodies ready for action - fight or flight. Heart rate and breathing rate increase.
* Our mind potential hazard (s) is focused on.

We every sight, sound and smell sensation threat to scan.

None of our senses can trigger the fear response. Fear completely natural and probably largely responsible for our survival as a species is.

When we first developed we had to maintain a high degree of caution. As we are a lion or a wolf, like equipped with sharp teeth are not as big paws, we 'hypervigilant' needs to be - paying attention to everything.

But here's the problem ...

A primitive part of the brain to evaluate the actual level of risk is great! If it can begin to allow some also perceive as a threat. It can be fooled by a memory - memory not know what is! Remember, it does not, it just answers.

This set alarm bells ringing again, but this is a false alarm!

But the emotions that trigger it are real enough - breathing and pounding his chest to prepare for action is like your body - your muscles pump fresh blood to fight or flee.

Focus on potential threats - happy or our inability to think of anything brighter our mental 'hypervigilance' is a symptom of.

We can not help these feelings can be aware of - in some cases they may be mentally and physically overwhelming. It is only natural that you will find the experience unpleasant.

If we do this, the situation get worse as we partner with our state of high anxiety runs can begin. We unconsciously wrong lesson that other things are dangerous in any way a threat or learn. Eventually normal social situations trigger our concern as we "teach" themselves to intimidate can. This is known as social anxiety.

In many cases the real feelings of anxious concern, but are not causes.

I know this is easy, but said the next anxiety attack, do not panic ... Argument - just consider it.

There is real cause for his state of mind? Are you really in danger?

If you do not pay you hang on a stressful event or coming bill, it is normal to feel worried.

A clear answer - smile and be thankful. You argue that the primitive, non-conscious neuron group and the knee-jerk reaction to dismiss is allowed.
